New on youtube – court looks at meaning of indirect or consequential loss

A recent case came along looking at the meaning of this well worn expression: contracts nearly always exclude liability for “indirect or consequential loss”. However, it is difficult to define the expression or give good examples of the sorts of loss that either fall inside or outside the term. A recent case does exactly that – it provides good examples of the scope of the term.
