New on youtube – court looks at meaning of indirect or consequential loss
14 June 2024A recent case came along looking at the meaning of this well worn expression: contracts nearly always exclude liability for “indirect or consequential loss”. However, it is difficult to define the expression or give good examples of the sorts of loss that either fall inside or outside the term.
