Tata Consultancy Services v DBS – massive case looking at how the law applies to failing projects

I powered through the 250 odd pages of this case – Tata Consultancy Services v Disclosure and Barring Service [2024] EWHC 1185 (TCC). The law has to apply to what actually happens during a complex IT (or any other) project and the parties will probably not follow the contract to the letter. So how does the law respond?
